Refunds Policy

Domain purchases may be completed through a secure third-party Escrow process. When a buyer proceeds with a domain purchase, the transaction may be subject to the terms, procedures and timelines of the applicable Escrow provider.

Once a domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer or to the buyer's designated registrar account, the purchase is generally considered final.

For Escrow-based transactions, the release of funds, cancellation rights, dispute handling and refund eligibility are governed by the Escrow provider's own terms and procedures.

NameLifter may assist with communication and coordination, but we do not directly control third-party Escrow decisions, timelines or fund releases.

Submitting an offer through NameLifter does not automatically create a binding purchase unless the offer is accepted and the parties proceed with an agreed transaction process.

If an offer is not accepted, no purchase is completed through NameLifter.

Venture opportunities presented on NameLifter are exploratory business opportunities. They may involve acquisition discussions, partnerships, licensing, investment conversations or co-development.

NameLifter does not process venture payments directly through the website. Any commercial arrangement related to a venture opportunity should be documented separately between the relevant parties.

Because domain names are digital assets that can be transferred and controlled by the buyer after completion, refunds are generally not available after a successful domain transfer has been completed.

If there is a material issue with a transaction, transfer instructions or domain availability, contact NameLifter as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with the relevant parties to determine an appropriate resolution.
